I am a certified Yoga instructor with 200 hrs training in Vinyasa style Yoga and a certified Yoga Flow instructor. Along with this, I also offer restorative, hatha style yoga specializing in modifications and breathwork. I create each practice to be accessible and inclusive for all.

Join us in the beautiful backdrop of lush forests and horses grazing behind the newly renovated Yoga Cabin. 3 seasons of practice awaits you at the Equestrian center. Then join us in one of the Winter spaces either in Beausejour or Winnipeg.

Our Mission
At Ride like the Wind Equestrian and Wellness Center, our mission is to provide quality yoga guidance to children and adults alike. We believe in the power of yoga to promote physical and mental wellbeing, and we strive to create a fun and inclusive environment for all our students.
Our Programs
We offer a wide range of focused guidance for all ages and skill levels, including stretching classes. breathwork classes, and targeted anatomy sequences. We are dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential, whether they are beginners or seasoned participants.
Facilities
Our restorative, calming facilities include indoor and outdoor sessions on site, and we will have a dedicated winter location off site.
The on-site Yoga Cabin in Anola will accommodate up to 10 participants and the off-site winter locations will accommodate up to 20 participants. Winter location will be announced soon - approx 20 minutes from Ride like the Wind.
Smaller classes will ensure individualized mentorship and guidance as needed. Private sessions are also available.
Bring your own yoga mat, blocks, towel and water bottle.
Payment
We will soon have a booking platform, but for now yoga payment will be e-Transfer or by other arrangement paid in advance. Send payment in to alavallee2727@gmail.com
